We successfully contributed to define and implement the EVA methodology in an industrial CAC 40 Group, including the organization of its yearly objectives and the decisions regarding the management’s bonuses

We propose to build with you a detailed action plan for the 6 months following the acquisition, and to animate the teams involved in this project.
